In an effort to empower cyclists in the Twin Cities, Krav Maga Minneapolis owners/instructors developed this program to help cyclists defend themselves.  I've written about my own experience with this course, and I'm sure if we could get another WTF-only course if there is enough interest!

Cost: $60 ($50 for IKMF members)

Location: 2835 Stevens Ave. S. Minneapolis 

You must have a bicycle, unless you make arrangements with us ahead of time. We have a 2 bikes for use. You must wear a helmet. We recommend pedal retention.
