The Hub Bike Co-op's Women Trans Femme Monday Rides
The call for a ride leader has apparently been answered, and the Monday night rides are on! (Remember that we keep a nice list of WTF rides on our Friends page.) From Chelsea, a ride leader:
Hey WTFs!
The Hub Bike Coop sponsors 2 styles of rides for Women/Trans/Femme on Monday nights!
A CASUAL-PACED RIDE that will use a combination of bike paths and streets. This is a ride suitable for all kinds of bikes – hybrids, mountain bikes, single speeds, fixies, and road bikes.
A FASTER-PACED ROAD RIDE of 15-20 miles, average speed of 15 mph. We will ride in a single or double train/paceline on streets and with traffic. Before each ride, group riding instructions will be given.
- Road bikes are recommended (skinny tires and drop bars).
- Where: 3020 Minnehaha Avenue South (The Hub's South Location)
- When: Every Monday we depart at 6:00pm (from April 18th through the
- end of August)
- Helmets are mandatory for both rides.
